We offer a full travel advice and immunisation service. If you are travelling abroad please complete and submit the travel form in plenty of time (we recommend 6-8 weeks) before your journey.
Travel Health

Do you need vaccinations?
Please telephone the surgery or pop into one of the sites to book an appointment. Advise the receptionist it is for travel vaccines with the Practice Nurse, the receptionist will then need to ask you some questions, this will then be sent to the nurse in preparation for your appointment. An appropriate time can then be allocated per person.
Please ensure you allow 2 months prior to travel to have your injections and ensure you complete the course.
Select the region you are travelling to find out more.
